Our commitment

Tate Aesthetics is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification.

Accessibility target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines address perceivable content, operable controls, understandable interactions, and compatibility with current assistive technologies.

Accessibility features

• Skip links, semantic headings, landmarks, and descriptive page titles.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, dialogs, accordions, links, and controls.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators and adequately sized touch targets.
• Alternative text or accessible labels for meaningful images and controls.
• Responsive layouts designed to support text resizing and smaller screens.
• A site-wide pause-motion control and support for reduced-motion preferences.
• User controls for informational and procedure videos.

Testing and improvement

We use a combination of automated checks and manual review, including keyboard navigation, focus order, heading structure, color contrast, responsive zoom, and assistive-technology considerations. We continue to review the site as content and technology change.

Some links lead to services or content we do not control, including Google Maps, Instagram, and treatment manufacturers. Their accessibility may vary. If an external resource creates a barrier, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the relevant information another way.
